Seven London buildings will turn red this evening to mark World Aids Day.

London Eye, BT Tower, Trafalgar Square Fountain, Alexandra Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral, County Hall, St Pancras Church will all be illuminated (RED) tonight to help raise awareness of the goal of an AIDS Free Generation by in 2015.
