We love stats. We love music. So it's probably not that hard to guess that London based piece of music geekery Last.fm remains one of our favourite web applications. In the past the Last.fm team have dabbled with clubnights and gigs, but have now gone one step further to announce a transatlantic 'festival' taking place in January.
While we hope our friends at Gothamist will cover the NYC element, London's show takes place on Friday Jan 21 at The Forum with The Futureheads, Young Knives and Chapel Club all playing live with some 'very special guests' yet to be added. Tickets are £12 and it's just about late enough in January that we think we'll surely all be up for kicking off our 2011 gigging season with a bit of hit-packed indie. More at Last.fm.
