Tonight: If you can splash out £6 you can find out about the legends and scientific facts about vampires and werewolves from (wait for it..) bioarcheologist and palaeopathologist Anastasia Tsaliki at The Old Operating Theatre, London Bridge, SE1 6.30pm. Over 15s only.

Friday: Three amazing circus performers do their incredible stuff for free: Atempo Circ perform in Theatre Square at 9pm, National Theatre, Southbank.

Saturday: People with babies: take them to the Royal Festival Hall for free music and dancing with Baby Loves Samba, 2.30pm. Will it be hilarious and heartwarming or hellish? Please report back.

The Big Bum Jumble is a landmark fatshion event selling low-cost second-hand and vintage clothes in sizes XL+. 12-5pm at Stratford Circus, Theatre Square E15 1BX

Free theatre at the More London Scoop with Don Juan in Love at 8pm.

Sunday: Get a free cycle check on Stoke Newington Common between 2-5pm.

Or go for rounders, kite making and clothes swapping (superfluous ones) on Clissold Park from 2pm (free).

Yum yum yum but beware the chilli sauce - it's the Jerk Cook-off in Brockwell Park (image from last year at Horniman Gardens).

Monday: Rummage in the free comedy bin at Carnivale, White Church Lane E1 for 10+ stand up acts from 8pm.

Tuesday: Do you need laughing classes? Work out your abs, increase your serotonin and chill out with Ilana Gorban, a glass of wine and the giggles at the Book Club, Shoreditch, 7-11pm. Buy a ticket.

Join BCTV for a free wildlife photography walk, workshop and talk in Railway Fields nature reserve between 6-8pm.
