Fire Alert At Oxford Circus Tube Station

Oxford Circus tube station was evacuated at 7.38 this morning after smoke was spotted coming from an air conditioning unit. The station was closed for a whole 20 minutes while firefighters investigated but happily for commuters, it reopened at 8am. (Image / Nicole Blommers)
