On Friday 17th September - the eve of Open House Weekend - the 20 mile round trip steps off from Guildhall, hikes round Victoria and Kensington then out to the award winning flagship Maggie's Centre at Hammersmith, and back via Marylebone and Horseguards. Channel 4, the Royal Geographical Society, Royal Society of Medicine, RIBA and Horseguards will be open for nocturnal inspection along the way and if you finish early enough in the morning you could still be first in line for the Lloyds Building, complimentary bacon roll in hand, if you've had enough energy drink to keep you going.
