It's the final Wednesday of the month, which, according to the laws of planetary motion coupled with calendric custom, means it's time once again for Science Museum Lates. The regular fixture allows exploration of the South Ken museum without the crowds of children and with a glass of wine. Tonight's event is themed around food, and offers the chance to 'make an instrument out of a vegetable'. (Suggestion: don't choose the peas.) Expect the usual rotary evaporator of live entertainment, silent disco, science pub quiz and punk science. The fun starts at 6.45pm and runs till 10pm. Entrance is free.
