We like music. We like boats. When we found out that we would be able to spend every Wednesday this summer, watching some of the hottest alt-folk acts on a boat, we fished our boat shoes out and did a little jig. Starting now and running till the end of the summer The Moonshine Jamboree will be taking over the Tamesis Dock. This unique venue, formerly known as The English Maid, is a converted 1933 Dutch barge moored between Lambeth and Vauxhall Bridge offering great summer views of the Houses of Parliament and London Eye. Bands that you can expect to see down on the Dock will include: Mary Hampton, Liz Green, Tristram, The Miserable Rich, Rachel Dadd, Thee Single Spy and more! Laura Scott
