Japandroids are back in London, and if you, like us, have been kicking yourself for missing one of their mind blowing shows early in the year, then now is your chance to see them live. The Vancouver two-piece will be bringing their explosive act to the Relentless Garage in Islington tomorrow night with support from Yuck.
They personally have described themselves as “a two piece band trying to sound like a five piece band” and in the process have managed to produce a monumental fuzzed-out garage rock, which is hard not to love. With Brian King thrashing away on the guitar and Dave Prowse on the drums, there is something very controlled in amongst all the chaos that ties together their whole stage presence.
You can expect to hear a few new songs, as despite their heavy touring schedule, they have somehow found the time to put out a 7" series as a way to give something back to their very loyal fans.
