In an unusual reversal of normality, The Ministry of Sound has started a campaign against the construction of a residential development nearby. In what could be described as taking the proactive approach, the club is objecting based on fears that if future residents complain about noise, it might be forced to close. It's not the first time the Ministry have grasped the initiative firmly with both hands - earlier this year they allowed clubbers carrying condoms to jump the queue (not in THAT sense) as part of an NHS campaign to raise awareness of safe sex.
