Running since Saturday the 16th of January and until February 12th, the FT and Harden's Take a Friend for a Fiver promo promises cheap(er) eats at some of London's finest restaurants (including one we just reviewed and really liked). Through this offer, diners at participating eateries will have their total food bill for two halved and then a £5 charge added for the friend’s food. We're not sure those on strapped budgets would be able to take advantage of this promo. However, if you're planning to treat somebody to a midday munch, there's no reason not to give it a go.
