Tastes of Singapore at Selfridges

From now until 7 October, Selfridges is running a food promotion entitled Tastes of Singapore in their foodhall. Twelve Singaporean brands, some rarely seen in London, have been stocked during the week with many opportunities to sample the products. Yeo's drinks, Bengawan Solo biscuits (Londonist has a soft spot for these), Prima Taste premixes, Chng Kee's pastes and sauces, Singapore Slings in a bottle and more are all on offer. Cooking demonstrations will also be given with a full schedule posted on their website. In addition, Selfridge's Gallery restaurant is offering a Singapore-inspired set menu from now until 9 October.
