One And Other Ends, But Will Live On Online

One and Other, Antony Gormley's human statues on the fourth plinth, ends tomorrow at 8.59am. (Quick Boris! Less than a day to fulfil our flag waving prediction!) But if you find yourself staring mournfully around Trafalgar Square, feeling the lack of anyone getting nekkid or throwing paper planes (or even if you missed our two Londonistas during their stints), you'll be able to watch the whole thing again online.

We knew the project was going to be archived, along with audio interviews with the participants, but the British Library is also pitching in to keep everything - including plinther profiles and public comments - available on t'interweb. Huzzah!

Tomorrow's final plinther is Emma Burns from Darlington, who'll be memorialising the Hillsborough victims. And very soon, the green hutch and cherry pickers will be packed away and replaced by a traditional statue of Keith Parks, before Nelson's Ship in a Bottle restores modern art to the north-west corner in April.
