Preview: Pink Aerobics Day In Regent's Park

2509_pink.jpg Up for something fun and outrageous this Sunday? How about meandering through the Regents Street Festival and finishing with a wild work-out of Tribal Dance, 70s Disco Groov'n and Dirty Dancing Aerobics in Regent's Park from 1 - 4pm.

The event is coined ‘Pink Aerobics’ stemming from its help in launching Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Participants are encouraged to raise charitable funds from friends and family.

This year’s line-up has famed instructors Denise Page teaching Tribal Dance from 1-2pm, Troy Dureh groov'n to 70s Disco Dance from 2-3pm and Jo Parry having the time of her life at the Dirty Dancing class from 3-4pm. The entry fee on the day is £15 and includes the aerobics classes, t-shirt and goody bag. Additional questions can be directed to 020 7749 3700.

The pure wackiness of the classes combined with the aid for breast cancer gives us reason to think this an event not to be missed.
