Londonist Stays In: July 6-12

Bringing you the most Londony shows on TV and radio over the coming week.

RHS Hampton Court Flower Show 2009 (BBC2, 19.30-20.00) More than a Tudor rose on show, as the capital's second biggest horticultural exhibition kicks off.

Panorama (BBC1, 20.30-21.00) A look at the not-always cordial relationship between police and demonstrators and the erosion of the right to protest. May contain kettling.

Arthur Smith's Balham Bash (Radio 4, 23.00-23.30) Musicians perform around the Balham home of Mr Smith.

Bears of England, Sewer Bears (Radio 4, 15.30-15.45) Fantastical story about 'tosher bears' scavenging in London's Victorian sewers.

The Real Goldfinger - Revealed (FIVE, 20.00-21.00) Nothing to do with the real-real Goldfinger (architect of Trellick Tower), but a documentary on a 1914 heist attempt on the Bank of England.

RHS Hampton Court Flower Show 2009 (BBC1, 20.00-21.00) More floral frolics from Henry VIII's gaff. And again, tomorrow at 9pm.

The Day of the Triffids (BBC4, 19.00-20.00) The classic TV adaptation of the London-set John Wyndham novel continues.
