Two Degrees is a short season of live art, installation, activity and activism all rolled into one glorious blur of getting hot under the collar about climate change. Never an organisation to do things in straightforward or 'normal' way, Artsadmin have gathered artists, collectives, activists and... others for a programme involving a family picnic, a bike powered sound system, aeroplane food, a river walk and some outdoor evening antics that require (free) booking, 20 wheelbarrows, 48 people and a mobile compost toilet. Is it protest art? Is it artistic protest? Is it any better than Plane Stupid and the Heathrow picnic? Is this the next stage for the interactive performance trend - if yes, can we call it interactivism theatre or is it too early for a name?

So many questions, so little time... best to head to Artsadmin and just get on with engaging with the environment, guided by artists, to see what will happen. Who knows, we may end up saving the world, one little act at a time...

Two Degrees at Artsadmin, until 21 June. For full programme and more information go to the Two Degrees website.
