What would you say to Alan Moore, the god-like genius behind V for Vendetta, From Hell and Watchmen? Would you be too awestruck to say anything? Would you collapse upon your knees in rapture to be in the mere presence of the most venerated 'Alan' of all time? Or do you think he's a vastly over-hyped, wookie-groomed cheapjack, who's done for graphic novels what Banksy does for street art? Either way, you might be interested in visiting Gosh! Comics on Great Russell Street on 2 May (2-5pm). Moore's going to be signing copies of 'The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen Century: 1910', the first in a three-part series that takes his literary superhero concept into the 20th century. Illustrious illustrator Kevin O'Neill will also be on hand. The shop only has 500 copies, so get there early.
