Want To Climb Up Tower 42 With Us?

Homeless charity Shelter are organising a fundraiser with a difference. Vertical Rush will see hundreds of Londoners race up the 920 stairs of Tower 42, the City's tallest building. The event takes place on 19 March and is followed by a champagne reception at the ever-so-swanky Gibson Hall across the road.

We really, really want to enter a Londonist team, but need one more member. Can anyone help?

Here's what you need to know:

Most of the slots are during working hours. You'll need to either take time off work, or have a long lunch break.

You will need to part with a £30 entry fee (but that will go towards the evening champagne).

Each team member must raise a minimum of £150. If you can't get that much sponsorship, you'll have to make up the difference yourself.

Don't worry about the words 'rush' and 'race'. We'll be taking it easy.
