We told you how one property developer was giving Royal Academy of Art artists the chance to create a mural for its new Mayfair project and no doubt gathering kudos for endorsing emerging talent in a public art context rather than plastering its hoardings with a sickening aspirational living campaign. We're irrationally drawn to the pictured E17 inspired entry but anything's better than some fresh faced late twenty something couple laughing photogenically over their coffee maker in a flatpack flat.
