Covent Garden is never the quietest of places. Tonight it becomes a riot of colour and noise as the London School of Samba open a six-day carnival of Brazilian music and happiness. The parade starts at 7pm (no location given; just follow your ears), and concludes at Guanabara, the hottest spot 4659 miles Northeast of Havana. Over the next few days, the subterranean Brazilian nightclub and restaurant plays host to dancers, musicians, samba lessons and a masked ball. Check out our preview.
