Ah the festive season. Time for a BBQ? Well, that’s what the crazy kids at Tipped have in mind. And if it’s anything like their Chilli Cook-Off, then it promises to be lots of fun. Besides, only the chefs (and smokers) will need to endure the cold, everyone else will keep toasty inside the Austin Gallery (119A Bethnal Green Road, E2 7DG). Organic meat will be supplied by Ginger Pig, drinks from Brew Dog, and homemade BBQ sauces from food bloggers Helen Graves and Chris Pople. Yum.
