Exile On Main Street, Dartford

The east-of London burb is to christen street names around its new 1,500-home Bridge estate after songs by the Rolling Stones, in honour of Keef 'n Mick, who were both born there. A great idea, although the names mooted thus far - Stones Avenue, Ruby Tuesday Drive and Little Red Walk - are hardly inspired. They can be a little bit more creative, surely. How's about Sympathy For The Lollipop Lady Avenue, or, er, Steel Wheels Way? (actually this is harder than we thought - better suggestions in the Comments, please!). Gotta be careful, though - it's likely that Street Fighting Boulevard would send out the wrong message. Concern, meanwhile, comes from local police who fear that sticky-fingered fans might pinch the signs.
