Breaking News: Man Shot Dead by Police in Romford

A man seen brandishing a gun or guns was shot dead by police in Romford this afternoon. The CO19 unit were called following an apparent domestic dispute in Honeysuckle Close in Harold Hill. A woman was also injured: she has been taken to hospital. More on this undoubtedly later.
