The 'Will he? Won't he?' Dwain Chambers saga seems at last to be over.

He now know that he definitely *won't* be taking anabolic steroids part in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in 20 days' time.

After yesterday's legal decision, the British Olympic Association triumphantly announced the line-up of athletics members of Team GB that will now go to compete.

The 68-strong track and field squad is packed with 'Londoners To Watch Out For' - not least 400m runner Martyn Rooney from the Croydon Harriers and hurdler Sarah Claxton from Ilford. In total there are now about 80 Londoners across all sports that will be competing.

Londonist will keenly watch the broadcast coverage for dramatic moments in Beijing when we hope to see a new generation of sporting heroes make their mark - a new Jonathan Edwards, perhaps, or a new Kelly Holmes. We will also be wondering exactly what it will all be like here in our own city in 2012.

We reckon Dwain will be sat at home doing much the same.
