Forgive us for suggesting you go a venue two nights in a row, but tomorrow night but this sounds ace, if painful.

Tomorrow is the latest installment of Cringe London. Based on a New York idea (of course), the night invites you to listen to other people's teenage diaries as well as reading aloud your own. Taking place once a month, 20 and 30 somethings get together to shame their cringetastic teenage diaries including odes of love to New Kids on the Block and we've no doubt the odd teacher based fantasy.

Listen to hilarious tales of love, injustice and embarrassment when these brave souls come forward and read aloud from their teenage diaries, journals, notes, letters, poems, abandoned rock operas, and other general representations of the crushing misery of their humiliating adolescence.

It's free from 7 at Barden's Boudoir, and if you'd like to get involved reading your own diary then email [email protected]. The test to determine whether your own material is Cringe-worthy is if when you read it to yourself you physically cringe. Of course!
