Every day this month the Londonist team will be pointing you in the direction of a Christmas present that (with a bit of luck) you won't already have on your list. Climb up onto our collective lap and we'll see what we can move from our sack to your stockings...
Got a comics geek you need to shop for? Not sure which issue of The Amazing Adventures of Testicular Chancer and Goatmonkey they're up to? Well stop panicking. We have the comic nerd gift for you:
Judge Dredd first appeared nearly 30 years ago, and his badge of office has become a symbol of justice to instil fear into the hearts of perps and citizens alike. For the first time in the comic's history, a large metal replica of Dredd's badge has been created as it appears in 2000 AD and the Judge Dredd Megazine. This badge has been cast in gold-plated zinc alloy and measures 9cm tall by 8.5cm wide. It weighs a solid 190 grammes and has two brooch pins secured to the back which allow it to be pinned to a jacket or even hung on a picture hook if you prefer not to jimp.
How cool is that? Thanks to the good folks at 2000AD for letting us know about Termight Replicas. £14.95 plus p&p and all orders for Dredd badges received before the 20th December will be posted within two working days. Time to pull the Anthrax mp3s out.
