  • New evidence has been uncovered linking July 7 bomber Mohammad Sidique Khan to Omar Sharif and Hanif Asif, who killed three people and injured 50 in 2003 with a suicide attack on a bar in Tel Aviv.
  • A 20-year-old man has been charged with murdering a commuter by pushing him in front of a Tube train during rush hour at Highbury and Islington station on Friday. Police are still looking for people who were on the northbound Victoria Line platform at the time to contact them.
  • Post-mortem tests have found that the man discovered beneath a ten-pin bowling machine at the Hollywood Bowl in Barking last Thursday had suffocated and been crushed to death. Police have urged five youths seen bowling near lane 18 to come forward.
