Video footage of Shehzad Tanweer,(one of the four July 7 suicide bombers) first aired by al-Jazeera and then on the BBC shows the 22-year-old promising "a string of attacks that will continue and become stronger."
Tanweer says in the video the attacks will become stronger "until you pull your forces out of Afghanistan and Iraq," and the footage is intercut with scenes of an unidentified man circling points on a map of London, as well as statements from Ayman al-Zawahri, al Qaeda's second in command.
Al-Jazeera have not said how or when they obtained the video but have said it was a long tape, and they had only shown a small portion of it.
