During July and August anyone visiting the the London Eye (so, anyone who has relatives coming to visit them over the next few months take note) will also have the opportunity to take a look at the winning entries from the 2005 International Travel Photographer of the Year competition.
We can't find any fixed dates yet but over the two months there'll be an exhibiton in the Wheel's 'concourse' area where you can view the exhibition billed as "a colourful and fascinating glimpse of this planet seen through the eyes of talented amateur and professional photographers from around the world."
There's also a number of photography courses running in conjunction with the exhibition that are a bit pricey (£140 upwards) but which look pretty interesting, especially the one-day course on "the process of photographing cityscapes, buildings, architectural detail."
