In the last hour it's been reported that a special constable was stabbed to death outside her home last night.
29-year-old Nisha Patel-Nasri was attacked in Sudbury Avenue, Wembley. A man wearing a hooded top was seen running away towards Harrow Road.
She was treated for stab wounds to the stomach at the scene and then taken to Northwick Park hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Just three days previously Ms Nasri had interrupted burglars in her own home. Police are investigating whether there may be a link between the two incidents.
