Are The Tories Modernising?

Former Tory candidate and right-wing pundit Iain Dale was on Newsnight last night talking about the Tory A-List. He even did us the courtesy of uploading it to YouTube for his blog. So with the Tories embracing blogging, YouTube and podcasting, does this mean that Cameron's pledge to modernise the party is actually meaningful?
