A quick post to say a huge 'thank you' to everyone who attended our birthday party last night.
We had a great night and we were delighted so many people made the effort to come and help us celebrate.
We should also say a massive ''thanks' to everyone who donated prizes to the raffle, to the Offside Bar for providing such a cracking venue and to everyone who's helped us out with the site over the past 12 months.
And congratulations to David Elstob who won all the raffle goodies. Tell us you didn't leave them on the nightbus on the way home David.
As for today the Londonist staff (most of whom are nursing raging hangovers) have prepared a series of posts on their favourite websites to keep you entertained through Friday, so most of today's posts will be made up of our personal picks of the web. We hope you like them.
N.B. Contrary to the rumours we weren't late posting today because we all drank too much last night. Our publishing system got upgraded overnight and we were unable to post anything up until gone lunchtime. That's our story anyway, and we're sticking to it.
