Today is 'Perfect Sunday' day on Londonist.
In the interests of research we've asked the editorial team to write about what would constitute an ideal Sunday for them.
From waking up to going to bed, via the pubs, the parks, the cafes, and of course the sofas of the capital.
Some of the entries will be more 'ideal' than others (miraculous sporting achievements, unseasonal weather conditions etc) while others will undoubtedly be a bit more down to earth (dinner followed by bed).
But taken together they should give you an idea of how our tiny cross section of London's inhabitants spend their 'day of rest'.
And of course we'd like your ideas and suggestions on how you'd spend your ideal Sunday...that is if you can drag yourself away from the TV and your roast chicken.
