So the somewhat legendary New Order are playing Brixton on the 10th November. Not really much more to say about that one. Tickets'll be flying fast and are on sale now.

There are a few more old timers floating around at the moment so we thought we'd draw your attention to a couple. Seminal art goth minimalists Bauhaus are back from the dead and 26 years down the line play Brixton Academy on the 3rd February with the original line up for the first time in seven years.

If you've enough mascara left over then Spear Of Destiny and Gene Loves Jezebel are at the Bar Academy Islington on the 24th November. You'll never take them alive y'know.

What's left of The Stranglers will be dragging out a few old standards at the Shepherd's Bush Empire on the 2nd December; rock'n'roll hellraiser Jerry Lee Lewis is at the Hammersmith Apollo on the 24th November and Duran Duran have the unenviable pleasure of trying to fill Earl's Court with 80s pop classics on the 22nd December.

Finally, Public Enemy play the Forum on the 16th November and it looks as if Flavor Flav is back in the band fresh from his burgeoning career as a reality tv star.
