Well it's finally here. Hoards of people shuffling around mindlessly outside while a nervous minority wait to see which way they're going to go... no, not the election. We've got more important things on our minds here. Like the fact that the first trailer for George A Romero's Land of the Dead is now online.
It'll be interesting to see how the original zombie master makes out in the wake of the juiced up Dawn of the Dead remake and our own beloved Shaun. That said, we've been promised cameos from Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg (also in this week's Doctor Who) and the trailer is mouth watering. Dennis Hopper is in the mix ("Zombies, man... they creep me out") along with Asia Argento and Tom Savini - replaying his character from the original Dawn of the Dead perhaps?
With this and Serenity to look forward to we're quickly forgetting the abortion of a movie that was Hitchhiker's...
