Remember back in November last year we reported on the development of an arcade-style game which put you in the driving seat of a London black cab?
Well we know you've been chomping at the bit, just dying to get your hands on what is undoubtedly going to be the game of the year, so here's the latest.
According to reports in the geek press, London Taxi Rush Hour will be available for download from the developer's website very soon.
Yes, that's right, we said "available for download", and we don't mean in the bad, criminal way either. We mean in a completely legal 'pay your money, take your game' kind of way.
"London Taxi Rush Hour, will be retailing for £19.99 and available for worldwide download in the coming weeks," we're told, and the game itself looks to be as exciting as the title would lead you to expect!
The "London Taxi Rush Hour" game will be based on what black cabs do best; collecting customers and taking them to famous London destinations within the time limit in order to get paid. There will be different routes, obstacles and busy traffic to traverse before picking up one of the many paying customers waiting for a lift. "London Taxi Rush Hour" will feature a realistic map of central London for players to race around.
Apparently there will be a special demo available for download in the next few days, entitled London Taxi Rush Hour: May Fair...yes, they've really spelled it as two words.
