Part two of our canal towpath series sees us walk from City Road to Camden, spotting things along the way, including a floating bookshop and an old ice store.

Part one: Limehouse To Kingsland

I've heard, and don't know if it's true or not, that there are speed cameras along the stretch of canal outside the Guardian offices to stop people going faster than 4mph. Can't find any thing on Google though.

Fascinating stuff Geoff. I know little about the canals, so this is nicely informative series. I feel a stroll by the water might be in order!

A great video, full of detail, however the River Fleet flows some 4m under the Regent's Canal and not over it. If you want to see a river going over the canal, go the the Chalbert footbridge in Regent's Park. The bridge carries the River Tyburn south to the Thames.
