If you're picking up a Boris bike today you might consider bringing your own saddle: the cycles were among hundreds on the streets yesterday for this year's World Naked Bike Ride.
The annual event, a "peaceful, imaginative and fun protest against oil dependency and car culture", sees cyclists ditch their clothes and daub their bodies with paint. It also attracts photographers eager to have a crack at focusing their lenses on acres of exposed flesh.
It wasn't the only cycling event in the capital yesterday: there was also the London Nocturne around Smithfield. We hope nobody got the two confused... cycling in your birthday suit around a meat market really isn't advisable.
If this doesn't sate your appetite for bikers in the buff, take a look at our pics from 2011's event.
