Semi-Naked Cyclist Sought By Met

Once a year we're accustomed to bikes ridden bareback as activist cyclists take to the streets in the altogether. One rogue biker however is going unseasonally butt naked in Barnes, taking his bike out completely nude or bare from the waist down and exposing himself to lone females out jogging along tow paths and riverside roads. Despite various sightings in several states of undress, police have so far been unable to identify the two wheeled todger flasher. He is described as "white and aged about 30".
