Urban Sightseeing: #11 Here comes the sun

The weather has been rubbish lately. What has happened to our Summer? July was almost a wash out. Now it's all muggy and uncomfortable. But it looks like the sun may be finally peeping through the clouds.

Bring me sunshine.

I love hunting out London's forgotten ghost signs. There's an old advert on a wall for Haringay baths in Finsbury Park that was re-done when the bath house was turned into flats. Looks less real authentic now.

I am assuming that you mean Hornsey Road Baths. For a while back there when they were working on the building I was convinced that they were never going to light the sign up again but it's back to its full glory now. Beautiful eh?
