Hundreds of skaters dressed up in Santa suits gathered at Wellington Arch on Sunday afternoon to prepare for the annual London Santa Skate. The skate was led by the scantily dressed Rudolph and his sexy (and cold!) reindeers who led the Santas through a 10 mile stroll around London whilst spreading Christmas cheer. "Elf and Safety" was on hand for any unfortunate mishaps.
The Santa skate is held every year and is organised by London Skate and London Friday Night Skate (LFNS) to raise funds to support the free skating events held around London throughout the year.

Ninja Santa rocks!
It was Santacon on Saturday, too. Great fun (despite bad weather and flying Brussels sprouts). 500 Santas doing a conga line inside the Tate's Turbine Hall was particularly fun to watch (video coming soon). A couple of photos...

Did elf and safety make everyone else sign a sanity clause....
