Crossrail: A Glimpse Into The Future

Wanna take a sneak peek into the future? Those transport obsessives over at London Reconnections have posted some concept pictures of a few Crossrail stations. As noted, there is a generic Jubilee line extension feel to most of them, with lots of glass and exposed columns, although the curvy Whitechapel design shows some flair. Let's hope they sort the signs out - those block capitals on Bond Street makes it look more like a doomed investment bank than the proud testament to London's transport prowess it will (hopefully) be.
