Gourmet Grazing with Tio Pepe

Tio Pepe Gourmet Grazing Box

Dear Uncle Pepe,

Thank you so much for sending your Gourmet Grazing Box! It arrived just in time for this past sunny weekend, resulting in a couple of brilliant picnics as well as a few notably yummy nibble sessions. In fact, there were so many goodies in the box that some morsels are still left to sift through.

Among the contents of your package, the artisan-made chorizo was especially appreciated and was a superb match for the manchego, which was some of the best Londonist has ever tasted. The salted almonds toasted in olive oil and the aceitunas arbequinas (little green olives) from your native Andalusia allowed for excellent snacking over the past few days, and we must admit that the smoked anchovies disappeared at an almost alarming rate! Actually, everything you sent was delicious and most appreciated. Of course, we were pleased by just how excellently the included bottle of your fino sherry, for which you are so famous, complemented the rest of the box’s contents. We were also impressed to find that you've been keeping company with the likes of Borough (and Exmouth!) Market darlings Brindisa to ensure the contents are all top notch! Londonist thinks your Gourmet Grazing Box would make a brilliant Father’s Day gift and we would like to suggest a Christmas version of the box, which we would be happy to sample for you!

Cheers,
Londonist

The Tio Pepe Gourmet Grazing Box is available online for £45 (£57 including delivery).

I'd like to vote for this as the most blatant shameless context-free plug that Londonist has ever posted.

Ouch! Anyway, no shame in enjoying a box o' goodies.

well that depends....picnic are a very Londoney thing... were they consumed in a lovely london park?

Contents were consumed in a couple of lovely London parks over this past weekend.

I don't see my post as much as a plug as a review which happens to be very positive. If the stuff had sucked I would have said or just not have written anything.
