Food and wine. Together? What a concept! Who knew? Apparently, the peeps at the Frontline Club are well aware of this winning combo and will go so far as to conduct a food and wine matching event with their head chef John Taylor and wine author Malcolm Gluck. Taylorâ€™s food: sourced from local, indie producers. Gluckâ€™s vino: picked from the Frontineâ€™s wine list (created by Gluck) to complement to each of Taylorâ€™s courses. Both dudes will be on hand during the event to chat and share about the matchings. The evening of compatible solids and liquids will set you back ÂŁ78 for four courses with wine (cost includes VAT and service charge and ya get a signed copy of Malcolm Gluck’s Superplonk book and DVD).
