Founded in 1946 by a group of artists including Roland Penrose, Peter Watson and Herbert Read, the Institute of Contemporary Arts supports the work of living artists. This is not just a gallery, it's a cultural hub that aims to create debate and engagement around contemporary forms of art. The ICA features a vibrant programme of exhibitions, films, events, talks and debates.
