The centrepiece of this US-import is the JavaBot, which uses transparent, pneumatic tubes to whizz coffee above visitors' heads, transporting the beans between storage, roasting and cup. They say the impressive process isn't just for show, and we're sure they're right, but that doesn't stop it from being entertaining to see in action.
