Who Won The Great Architectural Bake Off 2017?

The Great Architectural Bake Off is not the first time buildings have been used to inspire cakes. William Rich, a baker’s apprentice in late 18th-century London, is said to have increased the popularity of tiered cakes to the point of them becoming the norm at weddings. He used the tiered spire of St Bride's church to influence his cake design to impress his boss, having fallen in love with his daughter.

How would you rate the cakes in this video?
