Mary Poppins' London House Gets A Blue Plaque

The London home that inspired the magical tale of Mary Poppins has recently been commemorated with its very own blue plaque. The former home of author, P. L. Travers resides in Chelsea and has been cited as the motivation behind the Banks' family home in the popular books and film. But is it truly supercalifragilisticexpialidocious? You'll have to pay it a visit and find out yourself.

Visit the house at 50 Smith Street, Chelsea, SW3 4EP.
