London is a city with no shortage of unusual food fads, but even we raised our eyebrows at the sound of charcoal waffles filled with cheese and ice cream. Bubblewrap, situated in Chinatown, is bringing the Hong Kong egg waffle to the capital in a variety of delicious, and some more unusual, flavours. We shook off any feelings of doubt and went to try this popular street snack out for ourselves.
