SUPREME COURT OPEN DAY: Visit the highest court in the land for a day of workshops, legal talks, and the chance to drool over some truly magnificent interiors, like Sir Peter Blake's pop art carpet and the triple-height library. LAST CHANCE: Artists Martina Amati, Daria Martin, Maria McKinney and John Walter collaborated with scientists to create this series of immersive installations that explore what is vital to human life. Themes include food sources, sensory experiences, sexual health, and the limitations of our own bodies. The Wallace Collection (Euston), free, just turn up, until 27 August
CARIBBEAN STREET FOOD: Get a taste of the Caribbean. Grace Foods UK brings a two-day festival of authentic Caribbean street food, live music, and cookery demos to the banks of the Thames. Bernie Spain Gardens (Southbank), free entry, just turn up, 11am-7pm, until 25 August

MAKE MORE FESTIVAL: Feeling creative? Spend the day getting stuck into interactive demos and open workshops led by professional makers. Londonist beer is coming...
...And you're invited to our launch party. It's no secret that we're massive fans of craft beer here at Londonist. Good cause of the day
Guy's Urban Challenge returns next month. It involves a 2.4km run, a 15km static cycle ride and a 29 floor climb to the top of Europe's tallest hospital building, so you best get training pronto. It's £30 to enter and all the money raised goes to Guy's and St Thomas' charity.
