For anyone who ever said podcasts were a fad, the 11th edition of the London Podcast Festival lands in King's Cross this September, with 11 days of tantalising live shows.
Taking place in Kings Place from Thursday 3-Sunday 13 September 2026, the festival is a heady mix of appearances from some of the biggest names in British podcasting, covering trivia, gardening, history, film... Below are some of the shows to get excited about.
🌳 Outsiding: Caitlin Moran and Adam Frost come indoors for a change, for a recording of the nature-embracing Outsiding. The cosy-cast provides practical gardening tips, seasoned with Moran's insatiable wit. Previous guests have included Bob Mortimer and Kerry Godliman. (4 Sept)
🧥 Wooden Overcoats: This P.G. Wodehouse-flavoured sitcom set in a funeral home records an all-new episode, the enticingly-titled Rudyard On The Moon. (6 Sept, online stream also available)
😂 Wrong Turns: Jameela Jamil celebrates everything that's gone to pot for her and her guests, with humiliating stories and anti-inspiration aplenty. (11 Sept)
👩🏾 Black Prose: Yolanthe Fawehinmi heads up this podcast in which she speaks to Black journalists, authors, songwriters and rappers. In this live recorded episode, there's a five-minute writing exercise plus an audience Q&A. (12 Sept)
🐟 No Such Thing As A Fish: Podcast deities the No Such Thing gang receive a LOT of audience feedback — so much so, in fact, they've created a spin-off show, Drop Us A Line — which they're doing live. (12 Sept, online stream also available)
🐂 Beef and Dairy Network: The hilarious Beef And Dairy Network Podcast — "the number one podcast for those involved or just interested in the production of beef animals and dairy herds" — rocks up at this distinctly urban setting, for a brand new live show. (12 Sept, online stream also available)
